Went to a local florist today. She got really good reviews on Google & facebook and it is about 3 minutes away from home and 10 from the reception! I am liking this quote better. What does everyone think?

This is a really good quote!! Do you mind sharing where you got the quote from? I got a few pricey quotes that were closer to the other quote you posted... maybe we've looked at some of the same places?

I was so frustrated with the high quotes so I decided to check out my local florist. She is located in Shoreham, which Natalie might work for you since you are also getting married at the Estate. The florist is Shoreham Florist and she has a facebook page if you want to check out her stuff. She is very friendly, we spent 1.5 hours talking about everything and you have up til a month to make your final decisions but prices stay as is. She is def the most reasonable quote I got, by like $900!! What really sold me is the fact that she will allow me to buy the stuff to make my centerpieces but will set up my tables. That peace of mind is worth so much to me!

thank you! I might have to check them out. Maybe local florists are the way to go. I wasn't happy with the quote I got from the place inside the east wind....

No problem! I also went to EW's florist. They aren't in my budget! I tried getting them to come down today but they are still $900 over the above quote.

Great price! I also went with a local florist near my RH...My DOC also works there. The prices are better and the CP's way bigger so I was happy. A lot of brides just check out the bigger names but that doesn't always mean they are better. Good quote!!

Agreed! I thought the bigger names would be better bc they can buy in bulk and get it cheaper but my mom brought up that they prolly have more overhead.
She is including roses, lilies, freesia... can't remember what else in my BoK.
