Re: NEW- FOX HOLLOW BRIDES- Question and Answer Thread
were some of these caused by multiple events going on at once? Last I had heard, I was the only function going on at the time of my wedding, I know there are functions in the evening, but I want to be aware of what to bring up.My menu meeting is next thursday (the 29th) so I want to know what to discuss.

Well at least I'm glad to hear that we are not the only ones that had similar issues with them. If you had an issue at your wedding, definitely write a letter. If not for anything else it will make you feel better and hopefully we can prevent this from happening to someone else!
If you are having your wedding there, make sure you speak up, check everything thoroughly and ask for copies of your final paperwork. The food is great but they tend to take on more events than they can handle at one time.
Funny that when we went in to speak with them they actually admitted that Eric is great at running a party but that he's 'gruff' and not exactly a people person. I don't know about you, but to me it doesn't make much sense to have a maitre 'd that 's not a people person!!
They most DEFINITELY take on more parties than they can handle. It is a business after all =( As unfortunate as it is for us brides.
I found Eric to be overly sarcastic with me (which is totally fine by me on a day-to-day basis I do appreciate sarcastic type of humor) but on the day of the wedding it was driving me insane!
I think I would have shoved my shoe up his YOU KNOW WHAT!

Most definitely! I had an evening wedding and I was told that there was another party going on simultaneously (not a wedding) - I didn't even notice honestly and same goes for my guests. What we did notice is them clearing out 3 parties that were going on in the afternoon (which I wasn't aware of as I was assured non stop 'we do this all the time it will not be an issue'). At 5:30 which is when my wedding was suppose to start there were still people there from the afternoon events. They didn't do all that great of a job of getting them out of there before MY guests arrived.

I wanted to believe me...but I didn't want to ruin my own wedding it was soooo insignificant at that point. I was sincerely just trying to enjoy the day and remember it, because its very true what they say it goes by SOOOO QUICK!

Re: NEW- FOX HOLLOW BRIDES- Question and Answer Thread
I am not a 100% Positive, but definatly looking for people interested. I am getting Married at the Fox Hollow on May 29, 2010 Cocktail Hr is 730-830 and Reception is 830-1230. I am pretty sure you would be able to use either room (Briar Fox, WGP) but i am not a 100% on that, we would have to ask.But i am looking for people interested and would def take a hit on my deposit to make it worth while to you.
FM if interested...
Planning a wedding from 1600 miles away is just not working for me, and its really killing me mentally. So if i could do something with my date, I think i will just plan something here where i live, so i can be more hands on.
Thanks guys.

Hi everyone! FH and I just booked our wedding last night at Fox Hollow! It is just sooo beautiful there! We looked at a few other places but they just didn't compare. I can't wait to talk with everyone about our weddings

Congratulations!!! Looks like you had an amazing wedding! May I ask who your videographer was? I am not usually into the videography too much but yours was awesome!

I am using the BF room and have a band. When you walk in the room they are to the left but before the bar.
