New friends -invite?

New friends -invite?

I always have a lot of invite questions lol. So basically I have a lot of single friends and my FH's guy friends all have g/fs now. Which is great because they are really nice girls. I invited one girl to my shower which she cant make and my bachelorette party which she is hoping to. We've been out on a bunch of double dates and I really like her. There is another girl who I really like but dont know well. We are getting together and doubling soon. Me and FH really like going on double dates and to be honest she told my FH she doesnt have a lot of g/fs which I feel bad about...not the reason I want to hang out with her though. She is just a really nice person. My question is my bachelorette party isnt for like 2 months (I have the wrong wedding date because of lurkers) and I kind of wanted to invite her if we start getting together more. Plus since I'm inviting the other g/f they will feel more comfy. Do you think I should invite her or just leave it alone? Are bachelorette parties just suppsoed to be for like really close friends?
Like basically do you think she would be like...why the heck am I invited or would appreciate the invite??

Yea she will definitely be at the wedding. So if we hang out a few more times, you think it's okay to extend the invite? Say something like....I know it's kind of late but I really like hanging out with you guys and would love if you could come? Plus 'Jane' is going (the other g/f) too?

No bachelorette parties can be whoever you want, it doesnt have to be just your closest friends....I would say invite her if shes a friend.

i think if shes is going to the wedding you should def extend the invite..i think she will feel honored...and the worst that could happen is she could say no....you not losing anything by asking if anything your gunna gain one more person at your b-party!!

Yea thats true! I always get offended when people say no LOL but I need to get over that. I feel like if she invited me I would definitely feel honored and excited to be included. Especially if I didnt have a lot of g/fs which she doesnt from what I understand. Which is so odd to me because she is so nice!

I'd say invite her, especially if she's nice.

I say if you want to invite her, and start hanging out with her more, go ahead and invite her!

I have a friend that I used to work with. She came to my (former) job last November (2007). She and I used to talk all the time at work, even though we never hung out outside of work. She got married in July 2008 and invited me to her bachelorette party at the last minute. I was honored, but I didn't go b/c I wouldn't have known anyone else. But I did go to the wedding.

Neither one of us are at that job anymore, but we still keep in touch and I will be inviting her to my shower, bachelorette party, and wedding.
