new here and need help with pics

Im trying to post a picture and it is not allowing me, can anyone help me. It says file to large,and then no image available. I can't figure the resizer thing out. Thanks

If you click on the resizer it will email you the picture. Also I have found that if I save them to shutterfly and then post them on here from there I dont have to resize. Good Luck
