I was recently engaged and FH and I are planning to wed in late winter/early spring 2015. I was actually also a 2010 LIW bride but obviously that marriage ended. It was a fairly amicable divorce and I couldn't be happier where I am now with the man I know is perfect for me.
I was very active on this site in 2009-2010 and it was a huge help for me. I am actually best friends with some of the ladies I met on here, we made lasting relationships and a lot of them helped me through my divorce.
As for planning, we are still in the venue search stage! We are sticking mostly to Manhattan and Brooklyn but as I'm originally from LI, am open to LI venues as well. (Last wedding was in Long Island City).
Hope to get to know you ladies more!

I should have quotes for the Somerley at home, since thats my room. But everything about FH is great - they really put on wonderful weddings and the hotel is right there!
