so FH and i have started looking for houses, and i think we found the one!! the thing i'm nervous about is that we've only started! i know that realtors want to make the sale, but i truly feel like this is the best one out there!! i would be devastated if we lost it, and she said that it'll go fast. it has an awesome location, neighborhood, property and the house itself has everything that we're looking for.
i guess i just never figured it would happen so fast, and i'm soo excited, but freaking out a little... this is a HUGE step!!

this is a gorgeous home!!!!! just don't rush into making one of the biggest decisions of your life! It's a huge investment so take your time, and remember, if you ever lose a home, that means it just wasnt meant to be...there will always be a better home that suits your needs in the future!

That is true. They tend to be pushy because they are so wanting to make a sale.

Don't let them push you into a making a quick decision - quick in the real estate world doesn't mean it'll be gone tomorrow, ya know? It is a beautiful home though and if you really feel its YOURS then go for it!

Wow, it looks beautiful! Yea, realtors tend to make it sound like someone's bidding on it as you speak, so you never really know if they're telling you the truth. Take your time, it's a huge decision. If it's meant to be yours, you'll get it

thanks ladies! it's in Charleston, SC. haha yeah, it does have a lot of rooms to clean... its over 2,000 sq feet
we really need to figure out if this is the right decision for us! (with out pressure from the realtor)

Its really gorgeous! Charleston is so beautiful. Do you know if it is the right neighborhood and everything that you want?
School districts, etc? With such a nice big house you'll probably stay there for a long time.
