Go to www.bankrate.com and look under new home buyers.
Look up the sonyma website it stands for state of new york mortage association... its run by the government so its lagit.
They have alot of great programs for 1st time buyers the achieveing your dream program PAYS for ALL your closing costs (you dont have to pay anything back), and offers a fixed 30 year rate of 4.25%
