NEW IDEAS PHOTOGRAPHERS

We just got in from New Ideas photgraphers in Islip, we liked them a lot, does anyone know anything good or bad about them? Also, is it better to go with a house photographers or to pick one on your own? I am so confused!!!! HELP!!
