New job ??

New job ??

I have been out of work for abour 5 weeks now. I was offered a job today but for less $$, more hours and they work all (memorial day, labor day, 4th of july) but major holidays (christmas, thanksgiving) It is a nice atmosphere but I really do not know what to do. i think if I wait I can get something better ???

Yes, I can. I have a few other prospects too. Just waiting to hear back. The others would allow easy access to attend college again and another will pay for school if I get the job. Both pay more and have immediate benefits too.

Definitely wait then.

It sounds like the company doesn't have much room for growth either - sounds like a small business. It's tough being an employee at a small biz.

If you don't need to settle which it sounds like you don't, then I would wait to see what happens with the other jobs. I am sure you will regret it if you take it. Just picture yourself working on all those holidays.
