Im glad to take his last name. I've always had problems with mine. No one can pronounce it, spell it etc. Its annoying and FHs is nice and simple

I tease FH that I hate it - but I don't mind it......FH isnt even Irish so its kind of weird that his last name is Mulligan - apparently some dude on his Dad's side was a little bit Irish and then with all the men in the family the name was passed down for so many generations - but they really are like 95% Italian so its kind of weird....I am excited to be Mrs. Mulligan - I don't like the MRS part - that sounds OLD to me......but I cant wait to take FH's name - I think its romantic..........but I do feel bad for my dad because we aren't carrying his name down poor dad

Same here. My last name s u c k s, I can't wait to be Mrs. Booth!!!!! The worst thing is that when I call to make a reservation at a restaurant people will not know if my name is Booth or if I am asking for one. I have gotten this already since I use his when I have to leave a name, soooo much easier.

keeping my name and adding FH's on the end w/ no hypen. I'm going to use FH's socially and use my name for work. He was kinda funny about it at first but my dad talked to him saying he was too old fashioned...there goes my hippie Jamaican pops!!
