Hi Everyone! Just got engaged a week ago and thought I could use some help with all the planning!
How are 2009 hall pricing looking???

RH's vary greatly in pricing... Do you have any specific halls in mind?? Or even an area like westchester, nassau, suffolk, etc??? That would be more helpful

You can lock in 2007 prices for 09 now

so far VYC is our #1.
but i'd like to check out the following:
glen cove mansion
fox hollow
crest hollow
woodbury country club
woodlands

congratulations! Not sure if you knew this but VYC is in babylon, in suffolk...

I went there..it was very pretty...but i felt like my wedding wasnt large enough for them to really pay attention to me..looks like you have all great places on your list! I am going to a wedding at the woodlands next friday, iw ill let you know how it is!

yeah that's the only problem, suffolk...but i LOVE the ballroom and the fact that it's on the water...

Hmmm...well Chateau La Mer is very similar in style to the venetian and it is in Linderhurst (still suffolk but further west than babylon by a few miles)

Okay... If you look on our hall twin thread.... you'll find that some of us are booked at fox hollow and woodbury... I would send those girls a message asking them the prices and details of the places... i'm sure they can help you....

I only checked out the swan club and booked there yesterday... Thats in nassau also

If you like the water you can also checkout The Riviera, I am going there tonight for the food testing. Also what time of the year are you looking for? I have prices for Fox Hollow, if you'd like.
