no milk. 170 cals 1g of fat and 10 gs of fiberrrrrrr

mmm i snack on the regular fiber one cereal. the one that looks like twings.

100 calories for a whole cup of that ****. lasts me half the day.

and its actually pretty good

ill have to try that one though. does it have the little yogurty clusters?

No thanks, DH picks out every cluster from any cluster cereal I buy, and leaves me with flakes. Unless I get a box in the city and leave it at work...
