Hello! I am new to this website. I recently got engaged on June 12th 2012 :) We have been searching for a location for the wedding ceremony/reception (same place). We do not have a particular date in mind. We are thinking April or May of 2012 either a friday night or memorial day sunday night. I was wondering if anyone has been to an event at any of these places and has feedback :

We are looking for about 75-100ish. The place must have a ceremony location. Preferably looking out into water or a nice outside (I dont care if its outside or inside)! Sit down + open bar :)

Ive been to the swan club. Its beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous.
And i love WM. Again...gorgeous grounds and they have peacocks!
Im biased towards WM though.

yes 75-100 people :) and we are really looking wherever while we prefer Nassau.

Well I'm booked at Westbury Manor, so I'm biased. I've eaten at their restaurant multiple and been several of their showcases and the food was outstanding ( this coming from someone who is very,very picky about food). The banquet managers have been great to work with and we got a fantastic price. I also love the gorgeous gardens and the elegant, old world rooms. There are tons of photos in my Westbury Manor album.
As for Swan Club I have been to several events there. The grounds are stunning too, but I was not at all impressed with the food. This was a few years ago so things could have changed, but I had a negative experience.
I'm not too familiar with the third location.

Beach Club Estate, in my opinion, is not as nice as the pictures look. They need to update the place. I have not been to other places.

Welcome and Congrats! My MOH just got married at Westbury manor and it was an awesome wedding. The bridal attendant was so nice and helped all of us bridesmaids. The MD was great too. Food was good and the place, as you know, is beautiful! good luck.

agreed. went to a wedding there as well. my friend ripped her dress (we were just guests) ad the bridal attendant came to the bathroom with us and sewed it up so we could resume partying (it was a really bad tear)...
beach club estate is pretty, (i like the beach) and have never been to swan club

Beach Club Estate - Outdated, unclean. Can find much nicer places in the same price range
Swan Club - My sister got married there and its absolutely BEAUTIFUL
Westbury manor - Never been, but will be going there in january. Heard its beautiful

I am a WM and I have nothing but fantastic words to say about them!!!! The guest have a choice of 7 entrees, that is amazing!!!!!!!! The food is so amazing an abundant!!!!!!! they include linens in their price, which includes chair covers and sashes!!!! They also have tons of colors to pick from. In the ceremony price they also include decorations!!!! We are doing ours on a sunday and they threw in a continental breakfast for the guests prior to the ceremony. The price is amazing for everything you get, fm if you want details!!!!!!!!!
