New to LIW and boy do I need help!

I'm new to this site and so glad that I found it. My best friend is planning on getting married next Sept and I offered to help with the arragements. She wants a small gathering of 30 close family members out in Montauk. All seems great except that she has such a small amount of people she wants to invite we are having a hard time finding a place that will cater.
Is anyone else having their wedding out there and if so can any one offer their advice? She wants to have the cermony on the beach with a reception afterwards at the hotel she normally stays at (Oceanside Motel). The hotel said it was ok by them but we need to get everything else...Food, tents, dj, flowers, etc!![]()
I got married a few years ago and since i had it at a Reception Hall everything was done for me!
