new to site....shooting for september 2009...

hello ladies....just wanted to intro myself....have been a lurker for years, but didn't want to jinx myself before he actually proposed! well....he proposed! and we're off and running! shooting for a september '09 wedding....am i crazy, or can it be done in 9 months?

looking for sites right now....have emails into a bunch of places, have received a few back with no availability for the time we want.

any suggestions for around 110 people, $100-$130 pp, not your traditional wedding hall (trying to stay away from the marble and gold...just the type of people we are), saturday night in september/early october (but not labor day weekend)?? we live in queens, but would go out to mid suffolk county.

I don't have much as far as suggestions, I love my RH because it isn't gold and marble. Try giving them a call? Definitely in your price range. Also try some of the Lessings facilities- Bourne Mansion comes to mind. Anyone who has that weekend still open will cut you a great deal at this point!

good for you- go for Sept 09.. I know someone who did it all in 6 months .. I wish we could have afforded it that way!
