New to the site

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the site and just wanted to say hello. I've been reading the posts for about 2 weeks now so I figured I'd join in. My wedding date is set for March 12, 2004. Was so excited because the reception hall and my church were both available!

Hi. So far I have booked my church and the reception hall. I picked out my bridesmaids dresses but haven't ordered them yet as I want to go over to one of the stores to see it in person first. I also have a dress in mind for myself but I haven't tried it on yet. I'm going to the Villa Lombardi bridal showcase tonight to check out some vendors. I got a call from 'Flowers by Brian' last night and scheduled an appointment for May 8th. I haven't registered yet because our engagement party isn't until June 7th (so many places were booked up because of communions, confirmations and graduation parties) and I didn't want people to see it as a plea for gifts so I figured I'd wait until mid June and then go to Fortunoff and Bed, Bath and Beyond. Most of my married girlfriends told me that I'm pretty much ahead of the game right now and my 'Wedding Workbook' tells me I'm right on track! I want to get as much out of the way as possible so that I can enjoy the last few months hassle free!!
