New to this Site

Hey all

Im new to this site. I just logged on today for the first time. Does anyone have any tips/advice to help navigate through the site? Its a bit overwelming.

How did some of you get photos of yourself next to your names?

If you keep logging on, you'll quickly become familiar to the website and it will be second nature to you

All the advice you need is here, on the posts, and if you need something specific you can either search (button on top) or post a topic. Lots of girls on this site love to help, and are very helpful!

Welcome and congrats on your upcoming wedding! If you want to add a picture below your name you can click on My Wedding, then My Account, then go where it says 'New Chat Avatar', click browse and pull a picture off of your PC.

Don't forget to click on 'Chat Lingo' to learn what all the abbreviations mean.

You should be warned that LIW is extremely addicting and may cause some unneeded stress between you and your FH (future husband) - because you will be on the computer ALL THE TIME

Hi Michele-
Some advice...hmmmm I have gotten great advice and I am officially addicted. A great tool is the Search button. If you are looking for old postings on any topic you can look for it there.

The only piece of advice I can offer is to do searches on particular topics before you post. You will find answers to your questions quicker by browsing through previous posts by past brides under the same situation.
