Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and I am trying to plan a July 2010 wedding. Originally we were planning on getting married in Mexico but at the last minute things fell thru sonow we're back to a LI wedding. Does anyone have any recent price quote for a Friday or Sunday wedding at Miller Place Inn, Beach Club Estates, Meadow Club, Leonards? We are looking to stay in around a $12,000 budget for 100 ppl. My fiance and I are both from NY but live in Florida now so we have to do everything over the phone and I have never been to any of those places but most of my friends or family have. The only place I have been is the Meditterranean Manor and the only thing I didn't like aboutit was there was nowhere to get have the ceremony outside.
If anyone has any info please let me know
Thank You so much

Re: New to this site and need help on quotes.
I was quoted around $65/pp for a saturday night at the meadow club.
may I ask if there is a reason you want a friday or sunday? is it because saturday tends to run a little more? because I can suggest several halls that are in your price range that you could have a saturday night wedding.

Yeah we picked Friday because it is usually alot less then a Saturday night. I also figured that July is a very popular month to get married in NY because of the weather. I really don't want to pay more then 65pp. We are paying for the wedding ourselves and can't afford to go over that.
I would love other quotes if you have them though
Thanks for your help

The only place that quoted lower than 75 for 7/16 was my hall the Coral House... i got quoted $62 guaranteeing 300 people, and $65 guaranteeing 250 people... they have other rooms that dont require such a big guarantee tho... check them out...
it would be cool to have a super twin

I remember getting a price quote from the Coral house last september when we were originally planning a winter wedding for like 65pp I think. It looked beautiful in pics.

I agree with the other brides about Coral House. The quotes I got were for October on a Sunday and it was between $66-$75 including tax/gratuity for the Nantucket Deck room (minimum 100)

I know it wasn't on your list but Brentwood Country Club has a special package deal. I think it is 10K for 100 people including open bar (top shelf), photography, house DJ, florist, invites... etc.
They are really great there. My step-sister and cousin were both married there and we had a great time and the food is very good. They have an outdoor gazebo for ceremony and CH area.
I would suggest checking them out or giving them a call. HTH

WOW!!! I thought LI would have been more expensive!!! I thought $100 pp out in NJ was a good deal. I know places in Westchester that are like $135pp!!!!

My fiance's parents got married at the BCC. I have never actually seen it but when my best friends was looking at halls for her wedding a few years ago she said it was small and dark and she didn't like it. My future mother in law siad that too so it was the only thing I had to go off of.

hello and welcome! I am booked at Leonards but for October..I didnt get quotes for July but my wedding is on Friday and Leonards quoted me under $65/pp with a 50 guest minimum. I def recommend going in person since I was able to negotiate a better quote in person than over phone/email.. best of luck!
