New Trivia Contest

Okay, lets get started (this concept was discussed on a previous post)

First - The Rules.

1) We are the final Judge! :-)
2) Answers must be forum mailed to us
3) Can not discuss what the answer might be on the boards - if you are collaborating with others use forum mail)
4) First correct answer forum mailed to us is the winner (as long as all rules are followed)
5) Winner must pick up prize and get their photo taken for posting.
6) Winner and answer will be posted in the contests thread
7) There will probably be more rules as the game continues :-)

Next one won't be so easy! :-)
How often we run them depends on how fast you get the answers and how fast we can think of questions.

We will have another one next week.
To be fair we will start them at differnt times and days of the week.

Hey, no fair, I am at work during the day and can't surf LIWeddings, so I completely missed the chance to post - and believe it or not, I knew the answers!!

Can I make a suggestion, LIWeddings?

Next trivia contest, set a time frame to receive all answers, and then at the end of the week or day or whatever, pull a name from all the correct answers received. That way if I can't get online one night, I won't miss my opportunity.

I agree with Trish. My computer at work is firewalled, and even if it weren't, I could let 25 kids (26 when I'm mainstreaming) run amuck while I surf the boards.
And I also knew all of the answers!

I also agree with the suggestion to set a time frame and then pick a winner out of all the correct answers received by then. I can't check the boards as often as some other people, especially during the workday...heck I missed this whole thing!

Another suggestion might be to post a sticky at the top of the ChitChat page with a link to the thread, since there are so many threads now that someone who isn't on for several hours would have trouble finding this one.
