New Wedding Stamp!

Not sure if this is old news or not ...but I was just on usps.com today going to buy stamps for my rsvps and I noticed that there is a new Forever stamp with white roses sitting atop a wedding invite. It's coming out on April 21st!

Stupid question-
Since this is one of those forever stamps, can you use it regardless of the weight or shape of the envelope? I'm not sure if mine will fall under the 44 cent stamp, but don't think it will require a 64 cent stamp. I just don't want a million different stamps on the front.

I am clueless about postage!
