Just wanted to let you ladies know I started doing a Capoeira workout (Brazilian Martial Arts) but more as a workout not as a practice...lol....
I hate doing Pilates but this has the same leaning effect and it is AWESOME...it requires some balance but when you get the hang of it...WOWWWWEEEEEE!!!
If you ladies belong to a gym see if they offer any classes like that...someone gave me a DVD and I am obsessed!!!
Just wanted to giver you guys a heads up...my new motto is 'GET IT RIGHT...GET IT TIGHT'....
awesome thanks...bikini season is coming so I am gonna get right on it!

Paula Verdino, is the trainer it's on Amazon....it's not hard to follow at all...the balance is the hard part...but I felt like that was part of the workout focusing on the balance always kept your core engaged....
and you feel like you are a ninja...

I have done Capoeira and I freaking LOVE IT!!!! It is how Brazilians used to exercise their martial arts techniques but disguised it with the capoeira 'dance'
So much fun! Did they have the drummers there?
