I went to the Melville Marriot for new years eve 3 years ago... it came out to be about 400.00 plus a 75.00 room deposit when we got there.. it was nice, we checked in at 5.. got ready in our rooms, brought some champagne with us,, then went down to the party.. it was like a wedding it was fun, then after the party was over we went to the bar in the hotel then in the morning there was a big breakfast and we went home.. the food was great and so was the room....

Re: New Years Eve
We usually go to a catering hall that has a full sit down and a band/Dj. Its always a great time because a bunch of couples go out and have a blast like we are 20 again. But this year everyone wants to find something new because they are tired of the old, somewhat cheesy place.
So if anyone knows of any good, all inclusive deals in Manhattan or Brooklyn - let me know.

We are looking for something to do with other couples except that we dont want to have to get dressed up. Like live music some drinks and finger foods...anyone know any place like this in suffolk?

Not sure! If we can get a babysitter probably just our local hang out. Nothing to exciting!
