new years party

DH adn i were invited to a new years party at a friend-of-a-friends house (we've met the couple a bunch of times before) and decided to go.

i was JUST told that it's a 90's theme party ...

this is kinda stupid but what does that mean exactly? do we need dress up a certain way or just show up 'normally'?

I think you can show up however you want and just 'opt out' of the theme. I'm sure others will do the same.

However, you could show up in black leggings and a plaid/flannel shirt or jeans, a babydoll tank, cardigan and then circle framed sunglasses (I'm channeling 90210 for ideas )

I had jelly shoes, an oversized tweety shirt and a PERM in the 90s. Never again!
