I liked the huggies for the boys definately. I tried all diapers till I found one I liked. My older son was better in pampers but my little one was better in huggies. One peed more then the other then, one had a more acidic pee also. SO ther were alot of factors when Iw ent through it. the advice I kept getting from people was, keep trying diapers till you find one that you like. It does get expensive but in the end it is worth it.
Sorry... Wish I could help you but my son never wore newborn diapers. He wore size 1 right away. He was a big boy. My preference of diapers though is the Pampers Swaddlers and Cruisers, not the Baby Dry. He leaked all the time with the Baby Dry. I LOVE the Swaddlers and Cruisers.
Nicky wore newborn diapers for only a few weeks...but I always use Pampers Swaddlers. I tried the Baby Dry, but they leaked terribly...Huggies Supremem are OK, but I still like the Swaddlers.
Andrew also never wore newborn diapers. He wore size 1 right away. He was a big boy. I used the Pampers Swaddlers and and now the Cruisers. Hated the Baby Dry. Don't care for Huggies at all. I tried Luvs too, but their just not the same as the Pampers.
I am using Huggies Supreme. We just started using size 1 when he was 5 weeks old and was weighing about 9 pounds. I did not like pampers, they were leaking alot on him.
My son was in size 1-2 right away....he was a big boy. I started out with Huggies but didn't like them. I found that Pampers Baby Dry works better at night and they leak less then Pampers Swaddlers which I use during the day because I LOVE the elastic waist, they just seem to fit him so much better.
