CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME!!!
if food is important definatly take a look at Chateau La Mer... you will be able to go to a food tasting before you make your deicision... They are very affordable and well worth at least just a visit...
GOOD LUCK!!!

Congratulations!!!
Went to a wedding at Jericho Terrace 3 years ago; it was one of the best weddings i had ever been to.
Swan Club was a top choice for us; but i went to Chateau Briand and fell in love with the rooms; decor; menu.
ETA: Also went to a wedding at Floral Terrace maybe 10 years ago; had a great time; went to visit a few months ago but wasn't 100% in love with it.
Crest Hollow is very nice too-they have an amazing outdoor space and the BM's are very nice to work with.
I got quotes from a few places you're interested in-FM me for more info.

Re: =Newly Engaged!!!!
i just booked crest hollow! the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. i also did a food tasting there on saturday and everything was amazing. i think they are reasonably priced, however, you have to pay extra to use the outside pool area for the cocktail hour.
good luck with your planning!

Re: =Newly Engaged!!!!
Congratulations! My best friend is getting married at the Floral Terrace this Saturday and my other best friend is getting married at The Inn at NHP October 1, 2011. I have never been to either but I know these two places share the same caterer, so I will let you know how the food is after this weekend! I'm getting married 11/11/11 at The Woodlands. If food is as important to you as it is to me, I would definitely suggest going to look at The Woodlands. The menu is spectacular- not your average catered food choices- and they bake all of the pastries right on the premise, which I also liked. They used to have a restuarant there and the chef is well-known on his own accord. Good luck in your search!

Congratulations!!!
We are getting married at Jericho Terrace, we loved the look of the place and the food has been very good at the showcases we went to. We went to a wedding there a few years ago but I can't really remember how the food was! I am not saying it wasn't memorable I guess I just wasn't paying attention!!
