Newly Engaged and New LIW

Hi everyone,

My name is Liz and my fiance and I were engaged Columbus Day weekend. We are shooting for a November 2013 wedding, but we're not booked anywhere yet. Right now we're just enjoying being engaged before we go full blast into wedding planning!

But seriously, I'm not even sure where to begin. We did a guest list and I almost

Congrat! Make a tentative guest list. I put mine in 3 buckets, definites, maybes and Nos so I have a better estimate of how many of my invited guest I think will make it

Definitely make a list of people to get a ballpark idea of how many you will be having and then set a budget. Find out if anyone will be contributing and try to set up a budget for yourself so when you start venue hunting you can rule out certain places. Congrats and good luck!
