Newly Engaged- Quote Help Please

Hi,
I am looking for a venue for ideally Summer 2017, possibly Fall 2017. We will be having 100 people which I realize is a little on the smaller side for some venues. I am definitely interested in the three village inn and the winter garden pavilion at fox hollow, and any similar properties someone may have quotes for.

If anyone could assist with quotes or advice for similar venues, I would be thankful!
