I donated my hair to pantene beautiful lengths. The best part was that my haircut was FREE which really worked out since I'm poor. Thanks Nicole (Future Mulligan) for recommending pantene.

Where did you get your cut free?
also, what happens if you have layers? does it go by the shortest part or longest part?

I think they take the longest layer and count 8 inches from there. I got the haircut at Mark Garrison Salon in the city
