I cant believe i am actually the one brining this up. My entire life I have always had very long hair (the shortest was only once and it was still past my shoulders).
Soooooo, I have actually considered though getting a 'grown up' newlywed chop after the wedding. I cant even believe Im thinking about it and I know I will be absolutely terried.
Who else is considering it and post pics if you have! (i havent even looked yet)

Re: Newlywed chops
I am!! IDK how I will cut it yet but its gonna be GONE!! I always had shoulder length or shorter hair and I miss it. I like my hair long now too but it's thin and gets stringy sometimes.
I was at my hairdresser the other day bitching about how bored I am with my hair. Which is why, I am getting purple extension tomorrow!!!

Re: Newlywed chops
ive always had very long hair myself. FH never saw me with ' short' hair. I reallyyy love that posh haircut, but I dont think I could bring myself to actually getting it. I think after the wedding I will just get a really good haircut with some angles and layers and cut off a couple of inches

Re: Newlywed chops
I am currently letting my hair grow for my wedding, and its going to be longer than it has been since ive been about 12 years old. I want to wear it down on my wedding day. I have never had it above my shoulders; however, i would like a hair cut like this

My hair is so curly it would look like a birds nest if it was short! I think I'll always be long!

Re: Newlywed chops
i would love to get it the morning after! i prefer my hair shorter, like above shoulders, its also healthier this way for me, so i cannot wait to get my newlywed chop!!!

Re: Newlywed chops
I think i will. Not too short though b/c then I look 12 years old for some reason but I hate how long it is now. My MOH is getting married the week after me ...so after both of our weddings, it is def. going to get cut!

Re: Newlywed chops
I am getting my hair the day after the wedding! My hairdresser is a family friend and he said he will come to either my house or the hotel before we leave for the honeymoon so that way I don't have to bering my straightner!
