If so where did they sit and if not did they eat during the cocktail hour or not at all the whole night?

I fed all my vendors. Mine were too busy during CH or I would have told them to get something to eat then. I had a table just for vendors at the reception.

Yes fed our vendors, all were either setting up or taking pics etc during CH...they ate at the reception, at a table in the back.

We fed them all, and they ate in a separate area. I would suggest checking with each vendor, because I keep hearing people say more and more frequently that some vendors do NOT insist upon being fed. I think you should feed your photo/video without a doubt because they're with you all day. But if your DJ/band doesn't insist on it, then I think you can skip it.

Mine were way to busy getting ready and taking pics and video during CH. When we at they ate during the reception in the back of the room at their own table. They got what we got.

I did feed them, but I didn't really worry about the details because the hall took care of them. I just paid for vendor meals and told the hall manager the number of vendors to feed.

Yes I fed them, they ate in the room across the hall....I thought they might want a break and be in another room so that they could make a phone call or just relax for a few minutes rather than have to sit at a table in the room.

Yes, I fed them. They had their own table with centerpiece. I also gave them favors.
None of them would have had time to eat during the cocktail hour.
And, I gave them their own table because I have seen too many pics where vendors are milling around the reception stuffing food in their faces.

My caterer is making me feed them, so I don't have a choice. I am paying for it either way. I guess they'll set up a table for them.

We absolutely fed our vendors. They ate in the room where out cocktail hour was.

yeah we fed everyone - i made them up tables in the back of the room except the photographers who had a table right off the dance floor - they took pictures through the dinner - came out real nice so they could eat and work

We fed them and they ate in the Library across from the Garden Room at Westbury Manor.
In retrospect, that Library room was great. The ring bearer fell asleep on the couch in there, old friends chatted away from the music, the vendors ate and I got a foot massage from my DH

The vendors will be fed from the cocktail hour which is incredibly plentiful. If we have no shows, their meals will also go towards the vendors.
