I had an inkling. But, then we went into the restaurant and I saw my uncle sitting at a table. So, I got really bumbed out and thought 'I'm never gonna have a bridal shower' 2 minutes later, my mom opened the 'secret door' to the other room and everyone yelled SURPRISE.

I was definitely suspicious and had clues. Beware of conversations with men around the time you suspect - they are always the ones to blow the surprise!!
I pretended to be surprised because I knew how hard everyone had worked to try and keep it a surprise.

OMG I'm a newlywed now! LOL I was completely and utterly shocked. My MOH and DH worked together to ensure that my nosey butt didn't find out - and it worked!

I really wasn't surprised. DH's sister lives in NC. So when my grandmother (from FL) was in town at the same time that my SIL was in town, and I was asked out to lunch to meet my mother and grandmother... well, it wasn't really very hard to figure out. (But I won't admit that to my mother who planned it )

Not surprised at all. I knew exactly when it was. I didn't want to be surprised. It was at my house. I left for the weekend & cam home to it.
