Newsday.com......my only connection to LI news since I live in FL.....they are now charging $5/week to have access to their stories on the website, unless you get the paper or have Optimum, then its free. that makes me so sad!!

Yeah man....I am pretty pissssed at them, mainly because how am I supposed to know what my Optimum acct # is?? I only look at Newsday at work and that is at home

i heard they were going to start doing this.....
nobody really subscribes to the actual newspaper anymore so they have lost a lot of $$$$$$$ by people just reading it online.......
it really s kcs because aside from LIW, that is the first thing I read when I come to work so I have some sort of an idea of whats going on..........really S U C K S

it kept giving me the 'warning in x amount of days...' but after that it never asked for anything... honestly, i dont like the way they re-did the site a few months back.. its really annoying.

Newsday blows big time they dont support the Volly fire fighters!!!! There were only a few bad apples in the bunch & Newsday made it seem like they were all thieves and crooks!!!!
