So no one in my fam put in an announcement in any papers...lol, is it conceided to do it myself? Lol!!!!!

When do you even do this??? A friend had a long engagement and they were engaged for over a year before her mom did this...

I wouldn't mind one either lol!

I don't see a problem doing this yourself, espcially if you're paying for the wedding. There's not etiquette that says you can't.

We didn't have an e-party, so in lieu of, FH and I sent out our own engagement announcements. I didn't do the paper thing cause I didn't think anyone I cared about would see it.
