do we want to throw out a couple of dates/times and then we can take a poll to pick a date? once that's done we can settle on a location?

I think what we have so far is Saturday, November 26 @ 4 PM.

I will also throw out Sunday, December 4 @ Noon and Sunday, November 27 @ Noon.

Anyone have any others? Let's try to get some more input today and then maybe tomorrow we can start a new post with a poll...

FYI... If it is any of these dates I do not think it will be able to be at my house.

November 26th I am hosting my FH family for Thanksgiving.

Sunday November 27th would be really hard for me.

December 4th is the day after my FH birthday and all of his brother's bdays. We are going to be staying in Mineola and my FH will kill me if I tell him we have to come home early

We could probably do it at my parent's house in Kings Park if one of these dates works if no one wants to drive that far out east. I will let you know once I have an answer.

Great idea. The weekend of December 3-4 would be best for me to host! If we'd like to go elsewhere, I can also do the weekend after Thanksgiving....November 26-27th...

So, which works best for all?
December 3/4
or November 26/27?
