Hi Girls! I need some guidance.... Im going florist hunting this weekend and Im not sure what to ask when I'm there. I also don't exactly know what flowers I want yet. Can they give you a price range if you don't exactly know what you want? What is the average everyone is spending on their flowers?
I need all the help I can get!! THANKS!!

I only went on one florist appointment and I told him what my budget was and he worked with me and told me basically what I can get for my budget.

My florist did a great job working with me for the engagement party, and I know she will do the same for the wedding. If you don't know exaclty what flowers you want, it is better to go with a budget and a vision, and let the florist see what they can work out that will look like you want it to and be in your price range...thats what I'm doing.

Just tell them your budget and they will def work to stay in it. I went to 2 florists and one def just gave me what they charged and that was it but the other florist i booked right on teh spot b/c they were awesome. If you check out Pedestals ask for Vito....he was amazing and he did everything he could to stay in budget. Plus he is so creative you cant go wrong with him

I find this really hard too. I didn;t know what I was supposed to spend.
I will need atleast:
22 centerpieces 1 brides bok 5 BM 12 bouts
the florist I spoke with came back around $4-5K and I told her I could do closer to $4k, and really wanted to come in around $3800 - she said that was fine. But everyone I spoke with told me just to suck it up and go with 4K and not talk her down too much because they can really screw you day of to save money here and there. And in the grand scheme of things $200 is like nothing- right?
I still think it is so much money- my mom and best friend told me to stop being so cheap!

I am spending 2500, which includes 6 tall cps, 6 low cps my bok (with diamonds), 3 BP boks, 5 bouts for the guys, 5 bouts for the family (pearl wristlets for the moms), tulle for the gazebo, candles and rose petals for the CH, cake decorated, flower girl basket and a flower martini up for the bar, and the throw bok

22 Cp are alot especially if there high.it adds up.
and all depends on what flowers you want also.

Im looking at needing 30 cp 8 bmaid bo-k my bo-k 15 bouts 8 wrist corsages flower girl basket + church decorations. AHAHH that sounds like alot....
