Niagra Falls vacay ideas...

I was looking at the SKylon Tower for dinner. I saw teh revolving dining room and then right above that they have the dinner buffet. can't decide which to go to.

can you recommend a romantic place to dine that will be romantic and near niagra falls (canadian side or us side)?

what else should we do while there?

Just drink more

I went to school in Buffalo so we spent a lot of time going back and forth through the canadian border. unfortunately we were college students so all we did was go to casino niagara, the outlets for shopping and find clubs to hang out in. we also did hang out in clifton hill a lot. jsut a fun area with lots of things to do, see and eat. we also did the maid of the mist which was fun. you're basically on the boat riding amongst the water falls. be prepared to get wet!

we did eat at the skylon tower once and everything was fine. dont worry, it doesnt move fast enough for you to get dizzy maybe since you'll be there around july 4th you'll get a firework show.

We took a mini vacation early this year at niagra falls, canandian side. We had dinner at the Skylon Tower and it was nice. We also had dinner at 'The Keg' and the food was great and ambiance was definitely more romantic. The tower was nice and it revolves but the food was not that great and it was very noisey

I believe there are vineyards in canada near by- may be fun if you are into that kind of thing! :)

oooh, yes, I was going to suggest the vineyards too! Niagara-on-the-lake is just about an hour's drive from niagara falls, and it's gorgeous over there. it's a quaint little town with shops, restaurants, and B&B's, and the vineyards are pretty much nearby, but you will need a car. have a picnic by the lake and get yourself some icewine from Inniskillin with dessert - yum! Jackson Triggs also has a great meritage for a good price. I definitely recommend those two!
