Well were do I begin...I put in a complaint to the BBB about this. My FH called to tell them and told them we want a refund this week and Manny said Joe (the owner) won't be in until thursday.Even though he didn't say that to me when spoke with him last night, which he should of since I was already pissed and now I have to wait on thursday to ream out Joe again for my payment. If I don't get my refund payment I am going to take this so far...I'm going to check out a limo company from a girl at work who's sister works for this limo company U.S. Limousine and dayna who I spoke with today (the sister) said she would give me a great deal and was sooo nice. They have rolls royces and are in New Hyde Park and they travel to suffolk county. A girl at my job just used them in may and she raved about them and they went to her house in west islip. So will see...

I'm glad you got a back up. Someone you know- that's good. I didn't think you were going to be stranded but that' s not the point. I do hope you take this as far as you need to. If your a pain in the @ss they may just give you back your money just so they won't have to be annoyed by you anymore. Customer service! Keep us posted and let us know how things go.
