Nice beaches on the south fork

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a nice sandy beach on the south fork that are not too crowded (I like the quite beaches that people dont frequent - private beaches preferrably)- I usually go to beaches on the northfork - which the majority are rocky....

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

There aren't many quiet beaches on the So Shore...Tiana Beach (West Hampton, maybe?) is nice...but it's near Summers & Neptunes so it's noisy - unless you go off to the other side.

Fire Island is the best, imo. I actually prefer Cherry Grove - NO families, lots of empty beach...
