NICE FIXER UPPER IN WANTAGH W/ WANTAGH SCHOOL DISTRICT

Got this emailed to me today from one of the real estate agents

It is located in Wantagh and it is in Wantaghs school district, which is top notch. The house has Lr W/Fireplace & New Hardwood Floor, New Tiles In Foyer, Eik & Bath, All New Windows, New Front Door, Plus Oversized Detached Garage.

The outside looks like it needs some work, but it might be worth it to fix up and sell or fix up and stay there....

I would look at it but Danielle and I decided to wait another year or so...to save somemoney and stuff

it is a VERY tiny house...I have seen in...WE are looking in Mandalay but the house is just too tiny...The picture makes it bigger then it actually is

Well even if it is a small house, it is a good price for it....The school district is excellent and you have a waterview from the house....Dont know where the water is from the house though....Its also a very good area. Is there anyway of expanding the house? or is there really no property?

the only way to expand this house is to go up...The property is only 40x100...there is not much room on the side of the house as it is now...In my opinion the price is not that great considering there is no real room for expansion...Beautiful area though
