Merrick is a very desirable area in a top Nassau school district. It's always been a nice area but has gotten even hotter in recent years. It's also very affluent south of Sunrise Hwy.
Keep in mind it is in 'turn key' condition. The entire house has been redone. It's over 500K because of location (town), mid-block, school district and absolute prestine condition of the home. That's on target for that area and condition.
