I'd say Macy's ... a few years ago I got a really nice one at Stern's (hmm, maybe more than a few) but the dept stores seem to have decent prices during sale time

Macy's is having a sale tomorrow and I think they have a mans leather jacket for $99. Its a door buster I think from 7 to noon, something like that. If its for a woman you can def get one for $100.

I would think maybe TJMaxx, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory, SYMS, or some sort of off price place.

Wilson's Leather ALWAYS has great sales around the holidays. I bought my DH a gorgeous soft black dress leather for $99 last year. Good luck!

On WB11 this morning, they showed a leather jacket for $99 from JC Penney.

wilson suede and leather at tanger and danier leather in walt whitman. they had a sale last week for 50% off every item in the store.
