Nice place in Suffolk for lunch?

I want to take 3 of my BM's out to lunch on Saturday, any one have any suggestions? Somewhere in South Suffolk, I live in Sayville.

Brick house brewery I took my girls there and since it was not packed out it was nice to relax- no rushing and the food was great!

I am looking a nicer place then Okey Dokey's , something along the lines of the Snapper Inn, but I didn't like the food choices, since I am a vegetarian.

I was also thinking by the water too, maybe.

What about Collins and Maine...I 'm not sure if they are open for lunch, but I really like the food there.

Garden Grill in Smithtown. Really nice girlie place. Very Victorian.

I know you said South, but in Stonybrook there is a place called The Country House. Really nice and great food.

If you're all vegetarians, go to Santosha in Amityville (it's strictly veg). It's TEENYTINY but the food is outta this world!!! If that won't work for you all, I still recommend that you try it out someday... it was always hard for me to find good vegetarian spots, so I have to pass along the good ones!

I was really looking for something different, and we have been to most of the places in Sayville, but I was maybe thinking of the riverview in Oakdale.

Thanks for all your help.

I know it's north, but in Stony Brook there is Robinson's Tea Room- great lunches, wraps, salads! They even serve high tea. Very cute.

On the south- the bayard cutting auboritum in oakdale has a resturant in the main manson. Plus the grounds are georgous and the water view! I've never eaten there but people have raved about it.

I agree with collins and main- one of my favorites and the garden grill- we go there all the time!

I was going to suggest the Riverview or The Oar in Patchogue. There is also Dublin Decks in PAt. and The Harbor Crab Co. (I think that's the name) on he H20 in Pat.
