Nice Restaurant....Suffolk County

Our parents are finally meeting, after 3 1/2 years! AHHHHHHH! April 26th is the big day & there will be 8 of us. I don't know of a nice restaurant to take them out to. Not too expensive (like Tellers) But somewhere nice. I would prefer south shore.

Any suggestions would be great! Thank You!

Im having my family dinner at annabella's. Its on main street in farmingdale. nothing fancy, good food (italian)
I also really like bella napoli. on rte 109 farmingdale. food excellent, nice restaurant but not too fancy.
then again, where on the south shore were you looking?

Mamma Lombardi's in Holbrook,Pasta Pasta Port Jeff,Harborside in Patchogue they specialize in seafood hope this helps

Momma Lombardi's in Holbrook
Saviano's in Bohemia - on Sunrise Highway
Saviano's has really good food, and is a bit cheaper than Momma Lombardi's.

Mario's in Setauket, had my RD at that place and it is very reasonable with good food. You could go down to Port Jeff for dessert after....

Villa Sorento in St.James.
It's on Middle Ctry Road (25).
Just past 347

There food is awesome, service was great, and it was presented so beautiful.

Also Me and FI went to Le Soir over the weekend. It's a french restaurant 825 Montauk Hwy, Bayport.
(On main street, north of nicholls road)

It was nice, had an older crowd.
But the food was good.
Prices range from 18-25. And it included salad and soup, dinner, dessert, and coffee or tea.

In Babylon on Main St. , if you like mexican there is this great place known as 'Don Ricardo's' Awesome food and very affordable. It has a nice atmosphere as well.

what about a steak house (I don't know your food prefs or both of your families!)? - but outback or boulder creek might be nice b/c there is some backgournd noise and it might take some pressure off you both...

Pace's is also a great steak place. There's one in Port Jeff Village and one in Hauppauge. A little pricey, great food, and nice setting.
Also, a place I'd definately recommend is the Elk Street Grille in Port Jeff. Not too expensive, and the food has always been great. Great location too for a drink or dessert by the water after dinner.

Wow you ladies gave me too many choices. As you can tell, I don't go out to dinner that often.

I do have to cross the steak houses of the list though, My mother is a vegetarian. And I hate seafood! Maybe Italian is my best bet.

we just went to Gemelli's in Bayshore it was great italian food. great decor. nice place.
average pricing.

I am a vegetarian and my FH's fmaily loves meet, and we always go Italia - it is the best bet!!!

There is also a Gemelli's in Babylon on Main Street too. Have only had take out but tit is really good, and so is Peter's Pasta in Babylon too.
