Nick from Rambling Rose Video???

Hi, girls,

I met w/ Nick recently for our wedding videography. I am looking for a documentory style, no cheesy effect. If you have used them before, would you please share your experiences and recommend which videographers are good at this style?

Thank you very much!

I would have replied earlier - but I'm not on here as much since I got married. However, when I saw your post I HAD to write.

Nick has been so awesome to work with - both before and after the wedding.

Before the wedding I met up with him and his business partner Joe. They went over all the options I had with regards to video and their style. I wanted a lot of options - editing effect (nothing cheesy at all - very classy - you can see some of their sample videos on their website). Nick designed a package for me and gave us a really great discount on the price. He gave us the option of getting in our photo montage pictures and song selections before the wedding so that they could get started on the video ASAP.

After the wedding, I got all the songs and pictures to them (things were too crazy before the wedding) and they had a very short turn-around period with an AMAZING product (I think it took them about 6 weeks?).

I had two videographers - Nick was one of them and then he had one more person come with him (sorry I'm not sure of the name?). Nick came to my hotel in the morning and the other guy went to my husbands home. What I LOVED about the video was that you totally could not tell that two videographers were taking the video. They asked a lot of parallel questions to our parents, BM's, GM's ect. so that the whole thing flowed really well.

After the video was done - they uploaded it online so that I could view it and request any changes that I wanted. I made several changes (because I wanted more of certain parts of wedding and less of others) and Nick made all of the changes and had the video ready to go in just a few days.

We got the video by mail (because we live in Jersey now) and it looks really nice. Nick incorporated a wedding and engagement picture of ours into the DVD case. Then the actual DVD has a picture of us and lists our name and wedding date - it's those small details that I'm really glad they care about!

Hope I've convinced you! I'm really happy with their work and would reccomend them to anyone - they're certainly one of my favorite vendors.

Feel free to FM me if you have any additional questions!

HTH!!
