I have been to RK before and was very satisfied when I worked with Emily. When I went there today, there was one girl ahead of me and no one after me. I picked out about 10 dresses because I could not decide. When my name was called, Nicole told me that I could only bring in 5 dresses, even though it is posted that you can try on 7. She also told me there were no exceptions and I would not be able to try on more even though no one was there waiting. She told me to undress and then when I put the first dress on she zipped it and then walked away. I walked out and showed my mother and Nicole came back and led me back into the room to try on the other dresses. I asked her many questions about the material and alterations and she never answered, just took on and off the dresses. The whole process took about 15 minutes. My mother suggested that we sign up again so I can try on the rest of the dresses, even though I was the only one there!!!!! Needless to say I was completely annoyed and dissatisfied with the service. This is not everyone at RK and have never had or heard of an experience like this before.

I wish I only tried on one dress. Right now, I think I am over 100 and not loving anything! Aaahhhhhh!!!!!

I had Emily at RK bridal and she actually let me try on more than five dresses (i think about eight). Emiy was great. She actually 'found' my wedding gown. I say go back and try again!

I also had Emily last time I was there and she was excellent. Unfortunately, she wasn't in today.

I will definitely do that. I should have called ahead to see if she was there.
