Nicole- Is your DJ Parameters? We looked at them, and the whole time, the DJ just kept talking about the big tips he got in the past. Was he trying to impress me? It didn't work. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Needless to say, we didn't use him.

Of course they are watching. What better place to find out where they stand in the industry? When I mentioned this board while interviewing my DJ he told me he had heard of it, but had no spare time to be lurking around some message board reading about himself. Then he went on to explain this dissatisfaction of one bride telling the exact story she told here. Seemed to weird. PS I booked anyway, supposedly she was 'hard to please' and judging by the length of post, I beleived it.

They are definetely monitoring the board. Kate,I am sure I met with the same DJ. When he asked me how I heard about them, I mentioned this board. He mentioned to us the same story about this one bride who blasted him on this site. He also said that he is WAY too busy to read this board but ten minutes later told us his wife monitors it to see what bad things might be said about the company. I just think he spent too much time trying to convince us they did nothing wrong at this wedding instead of paying attention to both of us. Bottom line, we didn`t book him.
