I am not much of a gym person. DH tries to take me with his guests passes - but I just can't get into the gym. I get bored very quickly and I get all insecure and feel awkward. I rely on genetics (good and bad), eating healthy - when I remember and walking everywhere (since I don't have a drivers license). You would think he would rub off on me because he goes 5-7 days a week.

Also, I think this is his good alone time and his stress reliever. I don't like to intrude on his space. Plus while he is at the gym I get the house to myself!
