Holiday inn express in stony brook. That is where the guests will stay and it is close to my hall (Flowerfield).

I'm the same date as you! We're staying at the Sheraton....already booked the bridal suite....and we're having some of our guests stay there too to continue the party at the hotel lounge. I would call a couple of places quick though.........the wingate is still available, because we considered the bridal suite there as well....but decided to just book them for our oot guests.

i know the bridal suite in the holiday inn express is not available for 5/24, but i booked that for 5/23....i'm getting ready there the morning of....and we blocked them for oot guests as well

Did everyone just guess how many rooms to block...i am not sure wat my oot guests are doing..if they are staying in a hotel or with family here...i think im gonna just block off a couple.

The Melville Marriott!! It's absolutely gorgeous and they gave me the rooms for $155!

I believe that the new Marriott Courtyard in Farmingdale is not far from CLM. when I thought i was booking there that's the hotel i was going to use. I think they offer a shuttle too...

yea, sorta guessed....make sure to ask if you'll be responsible for rooms that are blocked but end up not being booked. I was surprised that a few hotels said we would be responsible for a certain % of the blocked rooms....i was not having that!
