Nightmare registering at Kohl's!!

Fh and i went to kohl's yesterday to register. Took 3 people and about 40 minutes to figure out how to work the gun and get us started. We spent about two hours shopping which was fun. Then we hand the gun in and the girl says we're all set. I go to the computer to print out our registry and it shows that we have no items on our registry!!!!! We worked the scanner the way the paper said two beeps etc... So now we have to wait another 20 mins for one of the girls to come help us. She can't figure out how to download it so we have to wait for another girl who tries to download it but says there's an error and can't get anything to download onto the computer!! At this point i'm ready to blow a gasket but decide just to leave!!!! I'm really not one to throw a tantrum in a store. Well i called customer service today so we'll see what happens. they wasted over three hours of my time and they lost an over $2000 registry!!! Just needed to vent!!! Thanks for listening!!!!!

I did a small registry at bed bath and beyond about a month ago. they had everything so organized and we had not one complaint!!! Kohl's really needs to get there act together if they want people to continue to register there!!

UGHHHHH!! How frustrating!!!!!

Can you do it online? We did our BBB registry in the store, but our Bloomies registry was done entirely online. It is great, you can do it whenever you want, in your PJs, and you have a selection of just about everything.

I put a few things online but i really wanted to do it in the store just to get a better idea and views of bedding and stuff. I'm so aggravated!!!!! They told me they'd have a manager get back to me!! It's 4 hours later and i'm still waiting!!!!!!

Oh they will resolve it for me!!!! I'm on a mission now!!!!!!!! I'll have to call customer service to complain about customer service!!!! (did that make sense??? )
