i bought of a pair of nine west boots around x-mas time and i went to put hem on this morning and the ripped at the seam. totally unwearable. although they are synthetic and they were only about $100, i am still pissed.
should i bring them back to macys?

they probably don't even have them in stock anymore. i will look for the receipt, but what if i can't find it? i would i feel like a fool going back w/o a receipt.

Macy's is great like that, even if you don't have a receipt they will take them back. I once had a pair of sandals & one of them literally broke in half & I went back without a receipt and got store credit.
